Apple Standard EULA

Your use of PlaceKeeper is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). It sets out the application license and related conditions, including provisions about external services, warranties, and liability. This page provides additional service information and does not replace the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict concerning the application license, the Apple Standard EULA controls, subject to applicable law.

Using PlaceKeeper

Use PlaceKeeper lawfully and in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA. You are responsible for the content you save and for how you use location and map information.

Maps and location information

PlaceKeeper uses Apple MapKit, geocoding, Look Around, and directions. Availability and accuracy may vary. Use your judgment and observe actual conditions, signs, and local rules when following directions. Map information should not be relied on for emergency assistance.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription. The price, billing period, and any trial or promotional conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payments, and RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown by Apple at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting PlaceKeeper does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law.

Local content

Saved places, groups, and queries are stored locally on your device. Removing the app or its data may cause loss of this content. You are responsible for managing your device and any backups.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, location use, subscriptions, and support communications.

Availability and your rights

Features that rely on Apple or RevenueCat depend on those services being available. The warranty and liability provisions of the Apple Standard EULA apply. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Updates

We may update this page to reflect changes to the service. The latest version and its update date will be available here.
