Report an issue

Please include your device model, iOS version, Stash version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots can help; remove personal information you do not want to share.

Saving snippets, images, and files

Use the add button in the Library tab to save a text snippet, a code snippet, a photo, or a file. Stash accesses only the photos and files you pick through the system pickers, and copies them into the app so they stay available.

Search and text recognition

Search covers item titles, snippet contents, and text recognized inside saved images. Recognition runs on your device and may take a moment after a new image is added. If a word is not found, open the image and check that the text is legible.

Your data is stored on this device

Your snippets, images, files, and collections are stored locally on your device. Take care before deleting the app or its data, as locally stored content may be lost. Keep a separate copy of anything important.
