Acceptance
By downloading or using Stash you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
Stash is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-transferable use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
Subscriptions
Stash Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription in two plans: Monthly (1 month) and Annual (1 year). The price for your region is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
The free plan includes up to 10 saved items and one user-created collection. Stash Premium removes these limits. The built-in Unsorted location does not count as a user-created collection.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, and files you save in Stash. You are responsible for that content and for having permission to store and use it. The app is a tool for organizing your own material.
Acceptable use
Do not use Stash to store or share content that violates applicable law or the rights of others, and do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except to the extent permitted by law.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Keep a separate backup of important material, especially before deleting the app or changing devices.
Your data
Stash stores your content locally on your device. We have no access to it and cannot recover content that is lost when the app or its data is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Disclaimer and liability
Stash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost content, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Third parties
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
